Rara Lake is stunning deep lake with blue and changing color hourly is the best part to see in remote Nepal. Stay overnight at the tent and walking around the edge of the lake in the morning and evening make your time amazing in pristine nature. There is a newly built accommodation near Rara Lake. A great view of the Lake can be captured from NTC tower which is called Murma top reach after three hours of slow walking. Lake is 5.1 kilometers long and 2.7 kilometers wide which is situated on 2,990 meters from the seas level. Rara Lake changes colour many times a day. Sometimes blue, sometimes purple, sometimes Cymric, and sometimes Gray. It changes colour four or five times a day, depending on the weather. The shadow of the Shinje and Kanjirowa mountains also get mixed along with the changing colour of this lake. And this lake really looks like a fairy in heaven and attracts tourists. The Rara Lake is the highest lake in Nepal and is fondly known by the locals as the Queen of Lakes.

         Itinerary Details:

        Day 1: Kathmandu to Kohalpur:

Morning assemble at the prescribed venue. Drive Kathmandu to Kohalpur.(14 hrs approx) by Bus. Lunch will be provided on the way. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

        Day 2: Kohalpur to Kalikot:

Early morning after breakfast, we will drive to Kalikot. Lunch will be served on the way. Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.

         Day 3: Kalikot to Rara Lake:

Again early morning after breakfast, we will drive to Mathillo MiliRara. Lunch will be served on the way.Drive pass through Sinja Valley and Pandu Gufa for breathe taking scenery. Trek  around two and half hour to Rara Taal. Dinner and overnight at hotel in front of beautiful Rara Lake.

         Day 4: Explore Rara Lake:

 After breakfast full day sightseeing at Rara (trekking, boating*), hike to Murma top    and Lunch at Hotel. Dinner and overnight at Rara in front of beautiful lake.

         Day 5: Rara Lake to Kalikot:

After breakfast, trek to Mathillo Mili Rara for around two and half hour, Lunch will be provided on the way. Drive Back to Kalikot on same day. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

         Day 6: Kalikot to Kohalpur:

After breakfast, drive back to Kohalpur.Lunch will be served on the way. Dinner and Overnight stay at Kohalpur.

Day 7: Kohalpur to Kathmandu

After breakfast, we will drive back to Nuwakot. Lunch will be provided on the way. Drive back to Kathmandu with everlasting memories of the trip.
